Returns Policy

At Jaiman Toys, we value your satisfaction. If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.
This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.

1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe

Returns are accepted within 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

Items must be:

In original condition (unused, unopened, and undamaged)

In original packaging with all labels, accessories, and documentation

Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene/safety reasons (e.g., some baby products).

No Return / Exchange on Festival Items

Please note that all festival-themed products (including Christmas items) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Kindly review your order carefully before purchase.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Contact us via email or WhatsApp with:

Order number

Reason for return (defective, incorrect, or personal choice)

Clear photos of the item and packaging

3. Return Process

A. Defective or Incorrect Product

We will arrange a free return pickup via our courier partner within 2–3 working days.

Once we receive and inspect the item:

Refund to the original payment method, or

Replacement (if available)

Processing time: Within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.

B. Unwanted Product (Change of Mind)

Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

Share the courier tracking number via email/WhatsApp.

Refund will be processed within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting the product.

4. Refund Guidelines

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.

If your order included a discount or free item offer, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

In case of Buy 1 Get 1 or similar offers, all items in the offer must be returned.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

To cancel, contact us immediately via email/WhatsApp with your order number.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

6. Additional Notes

If an incorrect product is handed to our courier partner during pickup, Jaiman Toys will not be responsible for any loss/damage/theft in transit.

No refunds will be provided due to price changes after purchase.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.
